Born in December 1990 in Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture Graduated from the Department of Food and Environmental Economics, Faculty of International Food Information Studies, Tokyo University of Agriculture. A retort curry researcher who has eaten over 1,500 retort curries in total.
Concerned about food waste, they have been holding the "Mottainai Festival" since July 2018, distributing substandard items (vegetables, sweets, etc.) for free, and providing Mottainai rice and snacks prepared by culinary experts.
In January 2020, I retired from an agricultural venture company, and in May 2020, I started the online shop "Middlema Foods" to eliminate "mottainai" as much as possible by combining retort curry, which I have always loved, with "mottainai". .
Our mission is to eliminate food waste by turning wasteful ingredients into curry.
